From 6 to 10 September 2023, roots of all kinds were explored at the Musikfestival Bern - personal and mathematical ones, but also the tangible ones, those under the earth. The projects showed that a look back, a reflection perhaps, does not have to mean standstill, but on the contrary can enable a radically new understanding. In addition, the Swiss Music Prizes of the Federal Office of Culture were presented for the first time as part of the festival.
